Welcome to ALL LA NOTARY & LIVESCAN. This document outlines our legal terms, client privacy protections, mobile dispatch policies, cancellation terms, and strict secure portal document pre-review guidelines across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.

1. Who We Are & General Service Terms

ALL LA NOTARY & LIVESCAN ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website https://alllanotary.com. We provide on-demand 24/7 mobile notary public, California Department of Justice (DOJ) & FBI Live Scan fingerprinting, FBI Form FD-258 ink cards, California Secretary of State apostilles, and licensed California DMV VIN verifications (Form REG 31).

By accessing our website, booking mobile appointments, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue website use and service requests.

2. Strict Document Portal Privacy & Pre-Review Rules

Phone-Initiated Portal Access Only: Public document upload forms are permanently disabled on our website to protect client confidentiality and comply with legal privacy standards.
  • Unique Link Generation: Clients requiring document pre-reviews (e.g., VIN verification paperwork, apostille certificates, or legal notarizations) must first call our main office at (818) 264-1496 to request a unique, encrypted upload link.
  • Document Retention & Security: Documents uploaded through personalized links are evaluated solely for pre-review advisory purposes. Files are stored using high-grade encryption and are purged automatically following service completion or upon client request.

3. Information We Collect & How It Is Used

A. Personal Identification Data

When you contact us via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email, we collect your name, phone number, physical appointment address, and email address necessary to coordinate mobile field dispatch.

B. Biometric & Legal Records

Live Scan biometric submissions (fingerprints) are transmitted directly to the California DOJ and FBI via secure, encrypted data streams. We do not retain local copies of fingerprint biometric data.

C. Technical Analytics & Cookies

Our server logs record standard non-identifying technical data (IP addresses, browser types, referral sources) solely to optimize site performance, maintain system security, and filter spam.

D. Third-Party Sharing Prohibitions

We never sell, rent, or trade client personal information or uploaded documents to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared exclusively with official state/federal regulatory bodies (e.g., CA Secretary of State, CA DMV, CA DOJ) when required by statutory service mandates.

4. Mobile Appointments, Cancellations, Rescheduling & Travel Fees

4-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Because mobile technicians are reserved and dispatched specifically to your designated route, if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within four (4) hours of the scheduled appointment time, quoted travel fees remain fully payable and are non-refundable.
  • Travel & Service Fees: Mobile dispatch fees cover travel time and mileage across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Travel fees are quoted prior to dispatch and are due upon technician arrival, regardless of whether notarization or inspection can proceed due to document deficiencies, signer unreadiness, or client-side delays.
  • Cancellations & Late Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring travel fees, clients must provide notice at least four (4) hours prior to the booked appointment window by calling or texting (818) 264-1496. Notice provided under 4 hours will result in travel fees being billed and owed.
  • Identity Verification: Clients must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification (e.g., Driver's License, Passport) for all notary public and Live Scan fingerprint services.
  • Statutory DMV VIN Exclusion: Private licensed vehicle verifiers cannot perform REG 31 inspections on revived salvage/junk vehicles, missing VIN plates, or custom kit cars. Our pre-review audit helps identify these exclusions prior to scheduling.
